Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before using any service offered by TripBooking Ltd. (“TripBooking”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Platform.

TripBooking AI reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

 
1. Definition
  • User: Any individual or organization using the TripBooking Platform to search, book, or purchase travel-related services such as hotels, flights, or tours.
  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors such as hotels, airlines, or tour operators offering travel services listed on TripBooking.
 
2. General Disclaimer

TripBooking AI is a facilitator and aggregator, not the owner or operator of any hotels, airlines, or tours displayed on the Platform. We act as a bridge between Users and Service Providers.

All information related to pricing, availability, and policies is provided directly by Service Providers. TripBooking does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information and cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions.

If an issue arises before or during travel, TripBooking will use reasonable efforts to assist in resolving it but shall not be liable for any failure or delay caused by third-party Service Providers.

 
3. Platform Use

The Platform is intended solely for genuine Users making legitimate bookings.

  • Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any content or service from the Platform.
  • TripBooking grants a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • Users agree not to interfere with the Platform’s security or functionality.

TripBooking reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time without prior notice, including for maintenance, technical issues, or misuse of the Platform.

We take security seriously and make every effort to ensure the Platform is free from viruses or malicious code. However, any use or download is at the User’s own risk.

 
4. User Account and Data Privacy

To access certain features, Users may be required to register an account.
Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under their account.

TripBooking employs industry-standard data encryption and privacy measures. However, Users acknowledge that no platform can guarantee absolute security.

5. Booking Terms

When you make a booking via TripBooking AI, you enter into a direct contract with the relevant Service Provider.
TripBooking’s role is to facilitate that transaction.

 
a. Accuracy of Information

Please review all booking details — including traveler names, travel dates, and room or flight information — before confirming.
TripBooking will not be responsible for errors entered by the User.

 
b. Prices

All displayed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change based on availability or exchange rates.
TripBooking does not guarantee that a lower or promotional price will remain available at a later time.

 
c. Payments

All payments must be completed through authorized gateways (Credit/Debit Cards, Internet Banking, or Mobile Financial Services such as bKash) using our secure processor SSLCOMMERZ.
For bank transfers, bookings are confirmed only after payment verification.

TripBooking never requests personal banking credentials or OTPs. Any such request should be reported immediately to hello@tripbooking.ai.

 
d. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

  • Full payment is received, and
  • A confirmation email/voucher is issued by TripBooking or the Service Provider.
 
6. Cancellation, Refund, and Amendments

All cancellations or modifications follow the respective Service Provider’s policies, which may vary.

 
General Policy
  • Cancellations must be requested via TripBooking’s official channels (email, WhatsApp, or in-app).
  • Refund eligibility depends on the Service Provider’s policy.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
  • No-shows or late arrivals are typically non-refundable.

TripBooking reserves the right to charge a service fee for cancellations or modifications processed on your behalf.

 
7. Hotels

TripBooking displays hotel information as provided by each property or supplier. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or changes in facilities, photos, or amenities.

 
Check-In Requirements

Guests must present valid ID (NID or passport) at check-in.
Failure to do so may result in denial of entry by the hotel, for which TripBooking bears no responsibility.

 
Child and Extra Bed Policies

Each hotel defines its own child and extra bed policy. Additional charges may apply and must be paid directly to the property.

 
Special Requests

Requests such as early check-in, late check-out, sea view rooms, or airport transfers are subject to availability and may incur extra charges. TripBooking cannot guarantee their fulfillment.

 
8. Flights

TripBooking acts only as a facilitator for airline ticket bookings.

 
Booking Accuracy

It is the User’s responsibility to enter correct passenger details as per NID (for domestic) or passport (for international).
TripBooking is not responsible for denied boarding due to incorrect or incomplete information.

 
Airline Policies

Flight operations, baggage allowances, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by the respective airline’s terms.
TripBooking has no control over flight delays, cancellations, or fare adjustments initiated by airlines.

 
Refunds

Refund eligibility and timelines are subject to each airline’s rules.
TripBooking will facilitate refund processing but cannot determine or influence the amount refunded.

 
9. Tours and Packages

TripBooking AI curates and offers local and international tour packages through third-party tour operators.

  • All itineraries are subject to change due to weather, availability, or government restrictions.
  • Package inclusions, accommodations, and transportation are based on the information provided by the tour operator.
  • TripBooking is not responsible for the conduct, service quality, or performance of the third-party provider.

Refund and cancellation terms follow the respective tour operator’s policies.

 
10. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Engage in fraudulent or speculative bookings.
  • Resell or transfer any booking made through TripBooking.
  • Post defamatory, misleading, or offensive content on our Platform.

TripBooking reserves the right to cancel suspicious bookings, suspend accounts, or refuse service if such behavior is detected.

 
11. Force Majeure

TripBooking AI is not liable for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government orders,
  • Airline schedule changes or hotel overbookings,
  • Technical failures, system downtime, or connectivity disruptions.

In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will depend entirely on the Service Provider’s policies.

 
12. Limitation of Liability

TripBooking’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific booking in question.
We are not liable for:

  • Loss, damage, or injury caused by Service Providers.
  • Travel delays, cancellations, or overbookings.
  • Force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
 
13. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and data on the TripBooking Platform are the property of TripBooking Ltd.
Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

 
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
