4-Day Standard Bhutan Tour: Thimphu & Paro Experience

Upon arrival at Paro International Airport, you'll be warmly welcomed by our representative. The day begins with a visit to the National Museum of Bhutan and the Airport Viewpoint for panoramic views. Afterward, enjoy a scenic 1.5-hour drive to Thimphu. Once in the capital, explore the local Archery Ground and the Memorial Chorten, a landmark monument. In the evening, you’ll have time to relax, shop, or stroll through the local streets before staying overnight at your hotel in Thimphu.

After breakfast, set off to explore Thimphu’s natural and cultural highlights. Begin with a visit to the Motithang Takin Preserve (zoo), followed by scenic stops at the Sangaygang Viewpoint (BBS Tower) and the serene Cherry Monastery located within Zigmey Dorje National Park. On your return to the city, make a brief stop at a beautifully adorned stupa. In the afternoon, continue your cultural immersion with visits to the SAARC Building, the majestic Tashichho Dzong, and Dachen Lam. You can choose to end your day with a taste of Thimphu’s vibrant nightlife before heading back to your hotel or resort for the night.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before checking out of your hotel in Thimphu. Travel back to Paro through scenic mountain roads. The rest of the day is kept free for your own time—you can relax at the hotel, enjoy a short walk through Paro town, or do some last-minute shopping for souvenirs. Overnight stay will be at a hotel or resort in Paro.

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to Paro International Airport for your flight back to Dhaka. Depart Bhutan with a heart full of peace, beautiful memories, and a deeper appreciation for this spiritual Himalayan kingdom.
