• Full payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
• Your booking will only be considered confirmed once full payment has been received.
• Failure to complete the payment in time may result in automatic cancellation of your booking without notice.
• All payments are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

• All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Tripbooking.ai with your Booking ID and cancellation details.
• Phone calls, WhatsApp, or direct messages to team members will not be accepted as valid cancellation requests.
• The timestamp of your cancellation email will be considered the official time of cancellation.

• We reserves the right to make changes to your travel arrangements at any time, if required.
• If any changes are necessary, we will notify you as early as possible.
• We also reserve the right to cancel your booking, with reasons provided.
• If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements, our liability will be limited to the total cost of your travel arrangements.
• Whenever possible, we will try to offer alternative options or rescheduling before canceling a booking.

Cancellation charges per person:

• 50 days or more before travel date: 5% of the total tour cost (95% refundable)
• Between 49–36 days before travel date: 50% of total tour cost
• Between 35–20 days before travel date: 75% of total tour cost
• Less than 20 days before travel date: 100% of total tour cost (non-refundable)
• No-show on departure day: 100% of total tour cost (non-refundable)

• Hotel names may change due to availability. In such cases, the guests will be informed prior to their travel.
• Package Itinerary will be designed as per hotel and flight availability.
• The local tourism agent has the right to make any changes in the itinerary as per requirement.
• Rates can be changed at any time before Booking.
• Prices are quoted on an Economy fare basis if the air ticket is included with the price.
• For the solo traveler, the cost will be 80% extra with the cost of the adult price (i.e., adult price + 80% of adult price).
• This price is not applicable for the blackout period.
